TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with CNF HOTEL LINEN (“Company,” “we,” “us”), the customer (“Buyer,” “you”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions (T&C). These terms supersede prior agreements and apply to all sales of hotel linens, bedding, towels, and related products (“Products”).
2. Orders & Pricing
Quotations: Prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Minimum Order: B2B orders require a minimum order value of $3000.00USD. Customized or branded products may require non-refundable deposits.
Taxes/Duties: Buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, or customs fees. CNF HOTEL LINEN ships on a Los Angeles basis.
3. Payment Terms
B2B Clients: 50% deposit upon order confirmation; balance due before shipment. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.
DTC Clients: Full payment required at checkout. Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, or wire transfers.
Currency: All transactions in USD unless otherwise agreed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Lead Times: Standard orders ship within 7 business days. Custom orders require 9 weeks. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk transfer to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters).
5. Returns & Warranty
Defects: Claims for damaged/defective Products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Photos and proof of issue required.
Non-Defective Returns: Unopened, resalable items may be returned within 14 days (DTC only). Buyer covers return shipping.
Warranty: Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 year. Excludes damage from misuse or improper care.
6. Liability Limitations
Indirect Damages: We are not liable for lost profits, reputational harm, or incidental damages.
Maximum Liability: Limited to the order value or cost of replacement (at our discretion).

7. Intellectual Property
All product designs, branding, and website content are owned by CNF HOTEL LINEN. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Custom designs created for Buyer become Buyer’s property only after full payment.
8. Privacy & Data
Buyer data (e.g., contact info, payment details) is handled per our Privacy Policy, compliant with U.S. CCPA and Canadian PIPEDA.
9. Governing Law
Disputes governed by the laws of [State/Province, e.g., California, USA, or Ontario, Canada].
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these T&C. Continued orders constitute acceptance of revised terms.
